"If I could give zero stars I would. honestly I loved them until I had to file a claim they have not been helpful it’s been me against statefarm the entire time it’s been over 2 months and there claims department has done nothing but try to bully me into a less than satisfactory solution they want me to use a off color replacement siding and leave shingles pointing at the sky and I’ve repeatedly asked for someone to review my policy and everyone refuses Brittany in Pam’s office said she didn’t have time for that and mark the claims adjuster that I have requested to be removed from my case multiple times for various reasons including refusing to explain my policy, refusing to give management information and refusing reinspection, when no state farm employee showed up to my property to begin with only subcontractors, refusing to adhere to my request of email communication only due to the fact I believe they are trying to bully me into excepting less than what the damage is worth and he continually just kept calling and refused to email State Farm refuses to respect wishes, boundaries and frankly I feel like I have been robbed for the 3 years. Pam is good but unfortunately she carries no weight when it comes to the company that is backing her and now after two months of waiting on this claim to be resolved they told me that I would have to resubmit everything so a two month process can turn into a formal process"

"Pam is is without a doubt the best State Farm agent I've been associted with in 40 years of being a State Farm Customer. She reviewed my policy's and made suggestion that made sense and were affordable. Pam knows the insurance business and is able to give sound advice and direction. I have had other State Farm agents but none has helped with difficult circumstances as much as Pam has. If Pam is not your State Farm agent now she should be , she's highly rated with excellent reviews. I would most certainly recommend her."
